The Philadelphia Libertarian Party grants endorsements based on principal alone, and will not shy away from endorsing candidates who are running under other parties or as independents. That said, you are unlikely to receive an endorsement unless your personal philosophy closely resembles the platform of the libertarian party (anti-war, anti-state, pro-market).
